Shipping
All shipping is either via Royal Mail Parcels or a national courrier.
Please allow 3-5 days delivery, we attempt to ship all items same day however we can not guarantee this.
Returns
You may return faulty/incorrectly shipped items to us within 30 days of reciept (14 days on second hand items) for a full replacement/refund (which ever you preffer). However if items prove not to be faulty or you have ordered them incorrectly we are not able to refund the shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee will also be taken. If you want to return the goods within 7 days of purchase we will refund you fully excluding shipping costs.
Returned items should be sent to Returns Department, More Solutions Ltd, 6c Belgic Square, Fengate, Peterborough, PE1 5XF please include details of the fault along with a copy of your invoice or delivery note.
